摘 要:贵州地方玉米种质具有抗性强、适应性广的特点,在贵州省玉米育种中占据重要地位。为进一步剖析贵州玉米地方种质在玉米改良中的遗传优势,本研究以9个贵州地方玉米种质群体与我国六大类型玉米种质代表系为亲本,采用NCⅡ设计组配获得54个杂交组合。以这些杂交组合为材料,通过对株高、穗位高及产量配合力进行遗传评价,分析产量、抗性、配合力等方面的遗传潜势。结果表明,贵州地方种质群体之间存在显著的遗传性差异,一般配合力高、抗穗腐病能力强,可作为育种基础材料进行改良利用。The local maize germplasm in Guizhou is characterized by strong resistance and wide adaptability, which plays an important role in maize breeding in Guizhou province. To further analyze the genetic superiority of Guizhou maize germplasms in improvement, 9 Guizhou maize populations and representative lines of six types of maize germplasms in China were used as parents to create 54 hybrid combinations by NCII design in this study. And, the genetic potential of yield, resistance and combining ability was analyzed by genetic evaluation of plant height, spike height and yield combining ability. The results showed that there were significant genetic differences among local maize populations in Guizhou, with high general combining ability and strong resistance to ear rot, which could be used as basic breeding materials for improvement and utilization.
