摘 要:为了有效评价玉米自交系辽2386及其改良系的配合力差异,以玉米自交系辽2386及其改良系辽2207、辽2061、辽2269和辽2888为母本,丹598、S 121、PH 4 CV、辽2169和辽2202等5个不同杂优类群的代表系为父本,按照NCⅡ设计,配制成25个杂交组合,并进行裂区试验,测定其主要农艺性状和产量配合力效应。结果表明,玉米自交系辽2386及其改良系与Lancaster类种质有较好的杂种优势。玉米自交系辽2207、辽2888的各性状一般配合力较高,是比较理想的改良自交系。利用上述两个自交系组配的杂交组合辽2888×辽2202、辽2207×辽2202在产量特殊配合力方面有良好的表现,可进一步试验评价其应用价值。改良系与SS类种质有较好的杂种优势,其产量一般配合力较玉米自交系辽2386均有不同程度的提升。玉米自交系辽2386及其改良系之间在诸多性状上有着较大的遗传变异,为创制玉米新品种提供了可能。To effectively evaluate the difference of combining ability between maize inbred line Liao 2386 and its improved line, the inbred line Liao 2386 and its improved lines Liao 2207, Liao 2061, Liao 2269 and Liao 2888 were selected as female and the representative lines of Dan 598, S 121, PH 4 CV, Liao 2169 and Liao 2202 were selected as male to create 25 cross combinations based on NCⅡ design. Meanwhile, the main agronomic traits and combining ability effect of yield were measured by split-plot test. The results showed that maize inbred line Liao 2386 and its improved line had better heterosis with Lancaster germplasm, while maize inbred lines Liao 2207 and Liao 2888 were ideal improved inbred lines with higher general combining ability. The crosses Liao 2888 × Liao 2202 and Liao 2207 × Liao 2202 with the above two inbred lines showed good performance in terms of yield special combining ability, which could be further evaluated by experiments. The improved line had better heterosis with SS germplasm, and the general combining ability of yield was higher than that of maize inbred line Liao 2386. Maize inbred line Liao 2386 and its improved line had great genetic variation in many traits, which provided a possibility for the creation of new maize varieties.
