摘 要:建立了利用高效液相色谱检测氟苯尼考粉中添加乙酰甲喹的方法。采用Waters XBridge C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(40∶60)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,PDA检测器,扫描范围200~400 nm,检测波长256 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果表明,乙酰甲喹浓度在0.002~0.04 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.0%(n=6),RSD值为0.4%。本方法高效、简便、准确、可行,适用于氟苯尼考粉中非法添加乙酰甲喹的检测。A method was established to detect the methaquine in florfenicol powder with illegal addition by high performance liquid chromatography.Method Waters XBridge C18 chromatographic column was used,acetonitrile-water(40:60)was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was controlled at 1.0 mL/min,and a PDA detector was used.The scanning wavelength was 200~400 nm and the detection chromatogram wavelength was 256 nm.The column temperature is 30℃,and the injection volume is 10μL.The results showed that the injection concentration of methaquine was in a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.002~0.04 mg/L(R 2=0.9999);the average recovery rate was 99.1%(n=6),and the RSD value was 0.46%.This method is efficient,simple,accurate,and feasible,and is suitable for the detection of the illegal addition of methaquine in florfenicol powder.
