摘  要:供热管道管体腐蚀处与正常管道磁导率不一致,利用弱磁检测仪可采集磁感应强度异常信号,实现城市供热管道腐蚀隐患的检测。介绍弱磁检测技术的原理、设备组成、检测方法。对天津市某工程1200 m供热管道进行弱磁非开挖检测,并对全检测域的疑似腐蚀区域进行开挖验证。结果表明,弱磁检测仪检测结果符合率>80%。该工程案例说明了弱磁检测技术在城市在役直埋供热管道腐蚀隐患检测中的实用性和可靠性。The magnetic permeability of the corroded part of the heating pipeline is not consistent with that of the normal pipeline.Weak magnetic detector can collect the abnonnal magnetic induction signal to realize the detection of the potential corrosion hazards of the urban heating pipeline.The principle,equipment composition and detection method of the weak magnetic detection technology are introduced.The trenchless detection of 1200 m heating pipeline in Tianjin was car ried out,and the suspected corrosion area in the whole detection area was excavated and verified.The results show that the coincidence rate of the test results of the weak magnetic detector is more than 80%.This project case illustrates the practicability and reliability of weak magnetic detection technology in the detection of the potential corrosion hazards of urban in-service directly buried heating pipelines.
