摘  要:以广东省某燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统为研究对象。在固定天然气价格、发电时间和上网电价的前提下,以基准收益率7%为目标,分析不同热电比(10%、25%、40%)下蒸汽价格的竞争力。燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统采用2套9F级联合循环机组,单套额定发电功率为460 MW,利用抽凝式汽轮机抽汽为用户提供蒸汽。当热电比为10%,25%时,燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统的蒸汽价格不具备竞争力,当热电比为40%时具备竞争力。当终端用户电价为0.7元/(kW·h),天然气价格低于2.41元/m^(3)时,采用燃气锅炉制备蒸汽更具有竞争力。Taking a gas-steam combined cycle power generation system in Guangdong Province as the research object,on the premise of fixed natural gas price,power generation time and on-grid electricity tariff,with a benchmark rate of return of 7%as the target,the competitiveness of steam prices under different heat-to-power ratios(10%,25%and 40%)is analyzed.The gas-steam combined cycle power generation system a-dopts 2 sets of 9F combined cycle units.The rated power of a single unit is 460 MW,and the extraction steam of a condensing turbine is used to provide steam to users.When the heat-to-electricity ratio is 10%or 25%,the steam price of the gas-steam combined cycle power generation system is not competitive,and when the heat-to-electricity ratio is 40%,it is competitive.When the end-user electricity price is 0.7 yuan/(kW·h)and the natural gas price is lower than 2.41 yuan/m^(3),the end-user9 s use of gas-fired boilers to produce steam is more competitive.
