美国高校图书馆自闭症大学生服务管窥--基于东伊利诺伊大学图书馆案例的实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,自闭症大学生的数量不断增长,已逐渐成为全球范围内的严峻社会问题。高校图书馆作为学校的教育服务机构,担负着保障所有学生阅读、获取信息的权利及引导教育的责任。为此,东伊利诺伊大学图书馆参与了学校自闭症学生过渡教育项目(STEP),针对自闭症大学生人群推出了多项特殊服务,包括谈话式需求调研、自习室空间重塑、饮食规定调整及交流馆员团队建立等。本文结合自闭症医学常识对其服务理念、举措等进行分析,旨在给国内高校图书馆提供借鉴,提升对自闭症大学生的友好包容度,从而于图书馆环境与服务层面作出改进与创新。In recent years,the number of autistic college students has been increasing,which has gradually become a serious social problem worldwide.As the educational service organization of the school,the university library is responsible for guaranteeing all students’reading and information rights and guiding education.Therefore,the library of the University of Eastern Illinois participated in“The Students with Autism Transitional Education Program(STEP)”,and launched a number of special services for autistic college students,including conversational demand survey,study room space remodeling,diet regulation adjustment and exchange librarian team building,etc.Combining with the common sense of autism medicine,this paper analyzes its service concept and measures,aiming at providing reference for domestic university libraries,improving the friendly tolerance of autistic college students,and making improvements and innovations in library environment and service level.
