摘 要:FCC油浆与煤共炼就是浓度大约为35%~50%,煤粒径为200目以内的煤与重油(常减压渣油、催化油浆、煤焦油等)按一定的比例均匀混合,在15~22 MPa压力和450~470℃高温和氢环境的条件下,加入催化剂,同时加氢裂解制备轻、中质油及少量烯烃、气体的主要工艺方法。悬浮床加氢裂化技术中试试验结果表明FCC油浆与煤共炼煤的转化率在77%以上,液体收率在72%以上,氢耗在8%以下,装置运行稳定。Coal and heavy oil co-refining referred to the main process method that the coal and heavy oil with the concentration of about 35 to 50 percent and coal particle size of 200 mesh(atmospheric and vacuum residue,catalytic oil slurry,coal tar,etc.)were mixed evenly in a certain proportion under the condition of 15~22 MPa,450~470℃high temperature and hydrogen environment,added a certain amount of catalyst to make coal and heavy oil enter the reactor,and hydrocracked for preparing light and medium oil and a small amount of olefin and gas at the same time[1].This experiment was mainly aimed at the study of the oil slurry and coal co-refining hydrogenation technology.
