摘  要:介绍某石化公司腈纶厂回收装置低负荷生产中如何改善硫酸钠(Na_(2)SO_(4))结晶析出,有效改善Na_(2)SO_(4)在系统中的结晶沉降效果。通过改变补加晶种量、沉降槽循环量、闪蒸真空度及改变加料罐搅拌频率,进而影响Na_(2)SO_(4)溶解度、晶粒碰撞几率、粒度以及停留时间,维持底部Na_(2)SO_(4)含量较低水平,实现离心机分离固相比较干燥,满足外运处置的要求。This paper introduced how to improve the crystallization precipitation of sodium sulfate(Na_(2)SO_(4))and effectively improve the crystallization sedimentation effect of Na_(2)SO_(4)in the system during low load production of the acrylic plant recovery unit of a petrochemical company.The solubility of Na_(2)SO_(4),collision probability of grain,particle size and residence time of Na_(2)SO_(4)were affected by changing the amount of supplementary crystal seed,circulation amount of settling tank,flash vacuum degree and stirring frequency of feeding tank,so as to maintain a low level of Na_(2)SO_(4)content at the bottom,achieve centrifuge separation and relatively dry solid phase,and meet the requirements of external transportation and disposal.
