摘 要:探讨家用反渗透膜元件传统包覆材料和新型硅橡胶包覆材料在不同浸泡条件下和在长期运行条件下对其挥发酚类析出含量的影响。结果表明,传统包覆材料聚氯乙烯胶带浸泡液挥发酚类含量超标严重,浸泡液pH对挥发酚类析出量有一定的影响,浸泡温度对挥发酚类析出量影响较大,随着浸泡温度的升高,其析出量急剧增加,特别是当温度高于25℃时。聚丙烯胶带和新型硅橡胶包覆材料在不同浸泡条件下均无挥发酚类物质析出。在长期运行过程中普通膜元件持续析出挥发酚类物质,并随着总产水量的增加而减少,而全效膜元件在全程运行过程中无挥发酚类物质析出。与传统家用反渗透膜元件的包覆材料相比,新型硅橡胶包覆材料的卫生安全性更高。In this work,we investigate that the influence of the different soaking conditions on the content of volatile phenol released from the conventional and the novel silicone rubber covering material of residential reverse osmosis module.The result showed that the content of volatile phenol released from the conventional covering material polyvinyl chloride tape is significantly exceeded the standard,pH of soaking solution shows a certain influence,the resealed volatile phenol content is affected remarkably by soaking temperature,it increased greatly with temperature increased,especially the temperature is higher than 25℃.There is no volatile phenol released from polypropylene tape and the novel silicone rubber covering material during the different soaking conditions.During the long-term running process,the content of volatile phenol released from the normal membrane module is decreased with the total permeate volume increased,moreover there is no volatile phenol released out from the novel membrane module.Compare to the conventional covering material of residential reverse osmosis module,the novel silicon rubber covering material has a better hygienic safety performance.
