摘  要:以泰安某污水处理厂侧流水解池为对象,研究HRT对剩余污泥水解酸化的影响及水解酸化产物用于强化生物脱氮碳源的可行性。结果表明,污泥水解酸化HRT为24 h时污泥的VFA含量升高较少,72 h达到较高且维持至108 h,质量浓度平均为204.8 mg/L,污泥溶胞率(DD)为3.67%;之后随着HRT的增加VFA含量增加速度变得缓慢;回用HRT为72 h的污泥水解液和乙酸作为反硝化碳源,平均最大反硝化速率分别为3.4、3.6 mg/(g·h),出水TN的质量浓度平均分别为13.1、11.7 mg/L,均达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。投加污泥水解液与投加乙酸的作用几乎无差别,可以达到强化生物脱氮目的,使后置反硝化所需外部碳源的费用大幅度下降,具有一定的工程示范作用。The effect of HRT on the hydrolysis acidification of excess sludge and the feasibility of hydrolysis acidification being used as the denitrification carbon source were studied under the side-stream hydrolysis acidification tank in Taian No.2 wastewater treatment plant.The result showed the VFA of sludge increased slightly at 24 h of sludge hydrolysis and acidification HRT,and reached a high level at 72 h and maintained until 108 h.The average mass concentration was 204.8 mg/L and the sludge lysis rate(DD)was 3.67%.After that,the increase rate of VFA content became slow with the increase of HRT.When the sludge hydrolysate with HRT being 72 h,the acetic were reused as the carbon source for denitrification,the average maximum denitrification rates were 3.4 and 3.6 mg/(g·h)respectively,and the average mass concentrations of effluent TN were 13.1 and 11.7 mg/L respectively,and the pollutants concentration of effluent was below the level of the first grade A standard of GB 18918-2002.There was nearly no difference whether the sludge hydrolysate or the acetic was used,which can achieve the purpose of enhanced biological denitrification.And make the cost of external carbon sources required for post-denitrification decrease significantly,therefore,this study can be used as a reference to the engineering demonstration.
