摘  要:针对花岗岩作为水电工程建设中较常见的砂石骨料,生产加工过程中产生废水悬浮物(SS)含量高、处理难度大的问题,开展砂石加工系统生产废水沉淀实验,研究废水中SS的自然沉降和絮凝沉降性能。结果表明,经30 min自然沉降后,废水中SS去除率可达95%,24 h后废水SS去除率达99.86%;在絮凝沉降实验中,加入PAM后,废水中SS沉降速率最快,仅需50 s左右即能完成沉降,加入PAC后,SS的质量浓度可降至10 mg/L;PAM、PAC的质量浓度分别在3、300 mg/L时沉降效果明显。Granite,as a common aggregate of sand and stone in hydropower project construction,has a high content of suspended solids(SS)in the wastewater produced under the production and processing.The sedimentation experiment of wastewater from the sand and gravel processing system was carried out to study the natural sedimentation and flocculation sedimentation performance of SS in wastewater.The results show that the SS removal rate in wastewater can reach 95%after 30 min of natural sedimentation,and then the SS removal rate can reach 99.86%after 24 h.The settling rate of SS in wastewater is the fastest after adding PAM,which only takes about 50 s to complete the sedimentation.The mass concentration of SS can be reduced to 10 mg/L after adding PAC.The sedimentation effect is obvious when the mass concentration of PAM and PAC is 3 mg/L and 300 mg/L,respectively.
