摘 要:针对青岛某水产品加工企业生产废水的水质特点,结合国家生态环境部《食品加工制造业水污染物排放标准(征求意见稿)》的要求,采用隔油沉淀/AO/化学除磷工艺进行处理,介绍了主要设计参数、核心单元和经济分析。实际运行结果表明,该工艺启动周期短,对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN和TP去除率分别为94.9%、92.6%、85.7%、93.5%,出水TP的质量浓度稳定在1 mg/L以下,满足《食品加工制造业水污染物排放标准(征求意见稿)》的直排指标。项目总投资235.4万元,运行成本0.95元/m^(3)。可作为行业推荐工艺应用于现有水产品加工企业废水处理站升级改造。According to the characteristics of the production wastewater quality of an aquatic product processing enterprise in Qingdao,combined with the requirements of'Water Pollutants Discharge Standard of Farm and Sideline Food Processing Industry and Food Manufacturing Industry'issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,the oil separation/AO/chemical phosphorus removal process was used for treatment.The main design parameters,core units and economic analysis were introduced.The actual operation results showed that,the process had a short start-up period,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP were 94.9%,92.6%,85.7%,and 93.5%,respectively,and the mass concentration of TP in the effluent was stable below 1 mg/L,which met the requirements of'Water Pollutants Discharge Standard of Farm and Sideline Food Processing Industry and Food Manufacturing Industry'.The total investment of the project was 2.354 million yuan,and the operating cost was 0.95 yuan/m^(3).It can be used as an industry-recommended process for the upgrading and transformation of wastewater treatment stations of existing aquatic product processing enterprises.
