摘 要:使用具有柔韧性的纳米MXene材料包裹在微米纤维表面,制备基于涤棉织物的MXene高效油水分离膜。将涤棉织物浸渍在离子液体中加热使得棉纤维处于溶胀状态,通过抽滤的方式使MXene纳米片层积在涤棉织物上。棉纤维通过溶胀将MXene纳米片有效固载在纤维表面获得优异的亲水性,使水分子在分离膜表面形成水膜,水分子可以快速顺利透过,并可以有效阻挡油的透过。使用环己烷、橄榄油、硅油、豆油与水的混合物测试油水分离性能与效果,结果表明,MXene油水分离膜分离油水混合物的效率达98.4%,进行10次重复性实验后,仍保持较高的分离效率。通过此方法制备的膜具有高效的油水分离性能、耐酸碱性能以及可循环性。The flexible nano MXene material was wrapped on the surface of micron fiber to prepare MXene efficient oil-water separation membrane based on polyester cotton fabric.The polyester cotton fabric is immersed in ionic liquid and heated to make the cotton fiber in a swelling state.MXene nano sheets are laminated on the polyester cotton fabric by suction filtration.MXene nano sheets are effectively fixed on the fiber surface by swelling of cotton fiber to obtain excellent hydrophilicity,so that water molecules form a water film on the surface of the separation membrane.Water molecules can pass through quickly and smoothly,and can effectively block the transmission of oil.The mixture of cyclohexane,olive oil,silicone oil,soybean oil and water was used to test the oil-water separation performance and effect.The results showed that the efficiency of MXene oil-water separation membrane in separating oil-water mixture was 98.4%.After 10 repeated experiments,it still maintained a high separation efficiency.The membrane prepared by this method has efficient oil-water separation performance,acid-base resistance and recyclability.
