菊花筒储存法在生殖中心胚胎冻存管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的比较菊花筒储存法和常规铝制支架储存法在胚胎冷冻管理中的应用与效果。方法选取2016年1月5日至2021年1月26日在郑州大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心培养室Ⅰ所使用的液氮罐的124个提篮为研究对象。将2016年1月5日及2016年12月3日冻胚使用铝制支架储存法,纳入铝制支架储存组;将2016年12月4日至2021年1月26日使用菊花筒储存法,纳入菊花筒储存组。其中铝制支架占58提,菊花筒占66提。比较两组每提所容纳载杆数和平均每次编排冷冻位置时间。结果菊花筒储存组容纳载杆数(334.770±3.902)多于铝制支架储存组(121.900±4.162),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。菊花筒储存组编排冷冻位置时间[(2.758±0.367)min]低于铝制支架储存组[(8.502±0.427)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论菊花筒储存法能有效地改善生殖中心培养室胚胎冻存空间压力,减少液氮罐用量,节约冷冻室面积,缩短护理人员的有效工作时间,提高工作效率,在实际操作中更加安全、便利。Objective To compare the application and effect of chrysanthemum tube storage method and conventional aluminum scaffold storage method in embryo cryotherapy management.Methods A total of 124 baskets of liquid nitrogen tank used in the culture roomⅠof Reproduction Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University on January 5,2016 and January 26,2021 were selected as the research objects,among which 58 were aluminum stents and 66 were chrysanthemum tubes.The number of carrying rods per lift and the average time of freezing position were compared between the two groups.Results The number of rods stored with chrysanthemum tube(334.770±3.902)was higher than that stored with aluminum scaffold(121.900±4.162)(P<0.05).The storage time of chrysanthemum tube method[(2.758±0.367)min]was lower than that of aluminum scaffold method[(8.502±0.427)min].Conclusion Chrysanthemum tube storage method can effectively improve the space pressure of cryopreservation of embryos in the culture chamber of reproductive center,reduce the amount of liquid nitrogen tank,save the area of cryopreservation chamber,shorten the effective working time of nursing staff and improve the working efficiency.It is safer and more convenient in practical operation.
