摘 要:目的分析图文沟通模式宣教在肺癌CT普查中的作用。方法抽取2020年1—12月在河南省肿瘤医院接受肺癌普查的126例疑似肺癌高危人群作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,其中对照组接受常规肺癌知识宣教模式,观察组接受图文沟通模式宣教。干预1个月后,比较两组肺癌高危人群自查评分表、癌症自我管理效能量表(SUPPH)、肺癌患者生活质量量表(FACT-L)的评分。结果干预前,两组肺癌高危人群自查评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组评分均下降,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组SUPPH的正性态度、自我决策、自我减压评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组SUPPH各维度评分均上升,且观察组的SUPPH各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组FACT-L的生理状况、社会/家庭状况、心理状况、功能状况、医患关系、附加情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组的FACT-L各维度评分均上升,且观察组的FACT-L各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图文沟通宣教模式能够有效提高肺癌高危人群的疾病认知能力、自我管理效能和生活质量,在肺癌CT普查中具有一定参考价值。Objective To analyze the role of graphic communication mode education in the CT census of lung cancer.Methods A total of 126 suspected high-risk groups for lung cancer census from January to December 2020 in Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital were selected as the study subjects,according to the random table,they were divided into control group and observation group,each group included 63 cases.The control group received conventional lung cancer knowledge education mode,and the observation group received graphic communication mode.One month after intervention,the self-examination score table for people at high risk of lung cancer,strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH),functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung(FACT-L)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in self-examination scores between the two groups at high risk of lung cancer(P>0.05).After the intervention,scoratings declined in both groups,and the observation group scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences in positive attitude,self-decision-making,and self-decompression scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after the intervention,SUPPH scores increased in each dimension in both groups,moreover,the SUPPH score in observation group were higher in each dimension than in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences in physiological status,social/family status,psychological status,functional status,doctor-patient relationship,additional condition scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after the intervention,FACT-L scores increased in each dimension in both groups,moreover,the FACT-L score in observation group was higher in each dimension than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The graphic communication and education mode can effectively improve the disease cognitive ability,self-management efficiency and quality of life of the high-risk groups of lung cance
