摘 要:针对现行自动气象站风向传感器检定规程中,检测点存在格雷码状态位故障导致区间缺测以及检测角度覆盖不全等问题,文章通过对风向传感器组成结构和工作原理进行分析,给出规程检测点D2~D0状态位的不足,结合传感器编码原理,提出一种改进的校准方法,选取0°、28°、90°、180°、239°、267°作为6个风向校准检测点。该方法已应用于实际工作,对风向传感器的校准具有较好的参考价值。In view of the current verification regulation of wind direction sensor in automatic weather station,there are some problems such as interval missing and incomplete coverage of detection angle caused by Gray code state bit fault in detection point.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the wind direction sensor,the shortcomings of the D2~D0 state position of the regulation detection point is given.Combined with the principle of sensor coding,an improved calibration method is proposed.Six wind direction calibration points are selected as 0°,28°,90°,180°,239°and 267°.This method has been applied to practical work and has good reference value for the calibration of wind direction sensor.
