摘　　要：公立医院党组织是党的组织体系的重要组成部分,直接关系党在卫生健康领域的执政能力,是保障人民健康、提高风险防控能力的根本组织保障。新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院以党建为引领,做好制度保障等顶层设计,围绕医院中心任务,通过“党建+”学科建设、科技创新、人才建设、文化建设,探讨了以党建引领发展、把党建融入发展、用党建推动发展、靠党建检验发展的医院高质量发展实践路径。The Party organization in public hospitals is an important part of the Party's organizational system,which directly relates to the Party's governing ability in the field of health,and is the fundamental organizational guarantee for ensuring the people's health and improving the ability of risk prevention and control.Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous People's Hospital took the Party development as its guide and did a good job in top-level design such as system guarantee.Around the central task of the hospital,through the"Party Development Plus"subject construction,scientific and technological innovation,talent construction and cultural construction,it explored the practical path of high-quality development that taking Party development as its guide,integrating Party development into construction,promoting whole development with Party development,and relying on Party development to inspect the development.
