摘  要:为了满足现代战争高机动性、高作业稳定性的需求,论文简单介绍了一种以角度误差控制法和位置误差控制法相结合的算法。同时,承载结构作为自动调平系统的重要组成部分,其设计的成功与否会直接或间接影响到车载武器的工作性能。论文设计了一种新型的机电式调平支腿,并详细阐述了支腿的组成,根据要求计算了丝杆驱动所需力矩以及转速,由此确定了电机的选型,同时还对梯形丝杆进行了校核计算。最后,论文采用有限元法对调平支腿进行了力学、模态分析,结果表明:即使在极限承载下,支腿伸出后其结构的强度、刚度也是符合结构设计要求的,同时,模态分析的结果也保证了支腿在工作过程中有着很好平稳性。In order to meet the needs of high maneuverability and high operational stability of modern war,this paper simply introduces an algorithm combining Angle error control method and position error control method.At the same time,bearing structure as an important part of automatic leveling system,the success of its design will directly or indirectly affect the performance of the vehicle-mounted weapon.This paper designs a new type of electromechanical leveling leg,and describes the composition of the leg in detail,according to the requirements of the calculation of the screw drive required torque and speed,thus determining the selection of the motor,but also on the trapezoidal screw check calculation.Finally,the paper adopts finite element method to conduct mechanical and modal analysis on the leveled leg.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the structure after the leg is extended meet the requirements of the structural design even under the ultimate load.Meanwhile,the modal analysis results also ensure that the leg has a good stability in the process of work.
