摘　　要：本论文介绍了符合GMP认证的中药制剂智能生产线管控系统,综合应用自动控制、数据库、智能优化等先进技术与方法,对生产过程涉及的主要工艺参数如压力、流量、浓度、温度、电导率、重量等进行在线测控与优化,保证生产过程稳定和精准控制。建立完整可靠的生产过程实时数据库和关系数据库,解决中药制药生产信息化和集成化等生产问题,同时满足企业GMP认证要求。This paper introduces the management and control system of intelligent production line of Traditional Chinese medicine preparation which is in accordance with GMP certification, and the advanced techniques and methods such as automatic control, database, intelligent optimization, etc., the main process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, concentration,temperature, conductivity and weight are measured and optimized on-line to ensure the stability and precision of the production process. To establish a complete and reliable real-time database and relational database of production process, to solve the production of traditional Chinese medicine production information and integration, and to meet the requirements of GMP certification.
