摘　　要：研究标准T/GZAEPI 001-2018《环保型家用吸油烟机》油烟净化效率(油烟去除效率、油脂回收效率)检测方法,搭建家用吸油烟机油烟净化效率检测系统,选取市场上20具有代表性的不同品牌和机型的吸油烟机样品,基于本检测系统进行油烟净化效率方法研究,通过测试数据对比和分析,验证了本标准检测方法具有可操作性及检测结果可重复性,最后对本标准检测方法提出了一些改进建议。本文为企业开发环保型家用吸油烟机产品提供了思路,从产品端减少家庭油烟排放,促进家用吸油烟机产业向绿色环保转型升级,同时也为开展环保型家用吸油烟机检测认证提供参考价值。This paper based on the efficiency of oil fume purification(oil fume removal efficiency and oil recovery efficiency)of standard T/GZAEPI 001-2018“Environmental protection type household range hood”,established and built the laboratory testing platform for the oil fume purification efficiency of range hood,selected 20 models of range hoods from different enterprises,and study on the method of oil fume purification efficiency based on the detection system,compared the test results of oil fume purification efficiency,finally verified the feasibility of the standard method.Moreover,based on the prospective study of the implementation of the standard,this paper put forward some suggestions on the improvement of the test methods and technical requirements and at the same time,it also promoted the test and certification of environmental protection type household range hood,it was of great significance to promote the green transformation and upgrading of the range hood industry and to reduce the emission of cooking fume from the source.It also provided the reference value for carrying out the testing and certification of environmental protection type household range hood.
