摘 要:本文主要研究变频冰箱异常高频噪音。首先通过分析相关数据,判断异常噪音来源于冰箱变频板输出的震荡电路与压缩机保护器的高频谐振,其次通过调整压缩机保护器结构,改变其固有频率的方式达到消除谐振,解决了冰箱的异常噪音,最后通过对变频冰箱产生异常噪音的机理进行总结,为类似领域的产品降噪设计提供借鉴。This paper mainly studies the abnormal high frequency noise of variable frequency refrigerator.Firstly,by analyzing the relevant data,it is judged that the abnormal noise comes from the high-frequency resonance between the oscillation circuit output by the frequency conversion board of the refrigerator and the compressor protector.Secondly,the resonance is eliminated by adjusting the structure of the compressor protector and changing its natural frequency,which solves the abnormal noise of the refrigerator.Finally,the mechanism of abnormal noise produced by the frequency conversion refrigerator is summarized.It provides a reference for product noise reduction design in similar fields.
