摘　　要：目的观察动态营养支持对口腔颌面肿瘤术后患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法60例口腔颌面肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别接受动态、常规营养支持治疗。比较两组应激指标、免疫功能、营养状况及不良反应。结果术后1周观察组血清总蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、IgA、IgG、CD4^(+)细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞比值高于对照组(P<0.05),而C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动态营养支持可改善口腔颌面肿瘤术后患者营养状况及免疫功能,减轻应激反应。Objective To observe the effect of dynamic nutritional support(DNS)on nutritional status and immune function of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor(OMFT)following surgery.Methods Sixty postoperative OMFT patients were randomly treated with conventional(control group)and dynamic nutritional support(observation group).The stress indicators,immune function,nutritional status and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results Compared with control group,levels of serum total protein,hemoglobin,prealbumin,Ig A,IgG,CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were higher(P<0.05),while levels of serum C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 were lower(P<0.01 or 0.05)in observation group at 1 week postoperation.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion DNS can improve nutritional status and immune function and alleviate stress response in postoperative OMFT patients.
