摘　　要：在小海鲜系列中,海胆绝对是一个另类。它长着一个圆圆的壳,壳上长满了长长的刺,乍看像个带刺的仙人球,因此便有人叫它“刺锅子”。海胆的英文名称Erhinoidea,意思是“像豪猪般的动物”,所以海胆又名“海刺猬”。据介绍,世界上的海胆有850多种,中国沿海有100多种。常见的有“马粪海胆”“大连紫海胆”等。The sea urchin is exceptional in all senses in the series of little seafoods.It has a round shell full of long pricks,like a pricky cactus.As a result,it is called Ciguozi(a pricky pan)by some people.The sea urchin is officially named as echinoidea in English,which means a hedgehoglike animal.That is why the sea urchin is also called the sea hedgehog.It is introduced that there are more than 850 kinds of sea urchins in the world,including over 100 along the coast in China among which hemicentrotus pulcherrimus and mesocentrotus nudus are most common.
