摘 要:现代城市建筑桩基础施工过程中,因部分钢筋混凝土灌注桩桩身较长,同时穿越多个不同的地质土层,单一的施工机械无法有效地保证成孔质量,因此需要多种机械施工方案组合接力成孔。文中以河南郑州新时代商务中心项目桩基分部工程为例,灌注桩成孔过程中穿越多个地层,地质条件复杂多变,对比分析了机械成孔方案和组合施工方案。通过对比研究,本工程最终选用组合施工方案中的回转钻机+旋挖机组合方案。In the process of modern urban construction pile foundation construction,due to the long pile body of some reinforced concrete cast-in-place piles,and through multiple different geological soil layers,a single construction machinery can not effectively ensure the quality of the hole,so it is necessary to combine a variety of mechanical construction schemes.Taking the pile foundation branch project of Zhengzhou New Era Business Center as an example,In the pile foundation division project of Zhengzhou New Era Business Center,the bored pile passes through multiple strata during the drilling process,and the geological conditions are complex and changeable.The construction process has explored a variety of construction schemes through practice.Through comparative analysis,it is proved that the introduction of two kinds of mechanical combination relay construction methods in engineering geological conditions has good performance in hole quality and work efficiency,which can be popularized.
