散寒祛湿温经通络方联合电动深层肌肉刺激仪配合肌内效贴治疗腰肌筋膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察散寒祛湿温经通络方联合电动深层肌肉刺激仪(DMS)配合肌内效贴治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年9月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的180例腰肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为2组各90例,对照组采用揉法推拿+针刺+活血止痛胶囊治疗,观察组采用自拟散寒祛湿温经通络方+DMS+肌内效贴布贴扎治疗,2组均治疗10 d,比较2组治疗效果及治疗前后患者腰部疼痛程度、腰部活动功能、生活质量。结果观察组总有效率为91.1%(82/90),对照组为78.9%(71/90),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者腰部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰部Oswestry功能障碍指数调查问卷(ODI)评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。随访6个月后,2组生活质量QLQ-A30评分均显著升高(P均<0.05),观察组显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟散寒祛湿温经通络方+DMS+肌内效贴布贴扎治疗腰肌筋膜炎的临床疗效更为确切,有助于进一步缓解疼痛,改善腰部活动功能,提高生活质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Sanhan Qushi Wenjing Tongluo Decoction combined with electric deep muscle stimulator and kinesiology tape in the treatment of psoas fasciitis.Methods A total of 180 patients with psoas fasciitis treated in Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with kneading massage+acupuncture+Huoxue Zhitong capsule,the observation group was treated with self-made Sanhan Qushi Wenjing Tongluo Decoction combined with electric deep muscle stimulator and bandaging with kinesiology tape,both groups were treated for 10 days.The treatment effect,and the lumbar pain degree,lumbar movement function and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 91.1%(82/90)and 78.9%(71/90),respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the waist pain visual analog scale(VAS)and waist Oswestry dability index(ODI)scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the QLQ-A30 scores of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Sanhan Qushi Wenjing Tongluo Decoction combined with electric deep muscle stimulator and kinesiology tape has a more accurate clinical effect in the treatment of psoas muscle fasciitis,which helps to further relieve pain symptoms,improve waist mobility and improve quality of life.
