摘　　要：基于第254期"双清论坛",本文结合组织管理研究前沿和国家重大需求,针对数字经济下的组织管理研究所面临的重大机遇与挑战,总结了当前相关研究的主要进展,进一步凝练了组织管理领域未来5~10年的重大关键科学问题,探讨了前沿研究方向和科学基金资助战略。Based on the 254;Shuangqing Forum of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),this paper summarizes frontiers of organization & management research and major national needs,and addresses the critical opportunities and challenges faced by organization & management research in a digital economy.The paper subsequently reviews contemporarily major progress of relevant research,refines critical scientific issues in next five to ten years,elaborated cutting-edge directions of future research,and proposes NSFC funding strategies.
