摘　　要：To promote the spirit of Chinese President Xi Jinping's speeches(during his visit to Southwest China's Guizhou Province in February)on promoting Guizhou's reform and development,and to support areas inhabited by various ethnic minorities(across the country)as they develop their crafts and other industries,the All-China Women's Federation(ACWF),China's ministries of Culture and Tourism and Industry and Information Technology,the National Administration for Rural Vitalization and the People's Government of Guizhou Province launched the Second Women's Crafts Entrepreneurship and Innovation Contest in June.
