摘 要:茅洲河流域受长期污(废)水排放、垃圾倾倒和泥沙迁移运动的影响,河道淤积严重,底泥污染问题突出。通过对流域底泥污染的全面调查分析,系统评估茅洲河底泥的污染程度,利用特征污染物的“源-汇”实验吸附解吸特征,计算了茅洲河各区的疏挖量,并评估了清淤对河道防洪和堤岸结构的影响。采用绞吸式挖泥船为主、小型清淤设备为辅的清淤方案,以及泥砂分离+固液分离+板框压滤脱水工艺,对产出物按分级标准进行资源化利用。Affected by long-term sewage and wastewater discharge,garbage dumping and sediment movement,the river channel deposition and sediment pollution problem became severe in Maozhou River basin.Through a comprehensive investigation,the sediment pollution degree was systematically evaluated.The dredging volume was calculated by each partition through analyzing absorption-desorption characteristics in the“source-influx”experiment,the influence on flood control and bank structure was also evaluated.The dredging project was conducted mainly by a cutter suction dredger,and supplemented by small dredging equipment.It adopted the sludge-sand separation,solid-liquid separation,and plate-frame pressure filtration process to treat the dredged sediment,and the output was recycled according to the classification standards.
