摘  要:目的:通过分析功能性踝关节不稳(FAI)者静态姿势控制中时域和频域两个方面的特征,探讨功能性踝关节不稳者的姿势控制策略。方法:13名FAI者和13名对照组受试者在测力台上完成30 s睁眼和闭眼赤足单腿站立测试,计算压力中心(COP)信号的时域特征参数与小波分解频段能量,对计算内容进行方差分析。结果:COP时域参数指标,睁眼与闭眼比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),FAI组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);频域计算结果,睁眼与闭眼比较,COP前后方向信号4个频段能量差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),COP左右方向信号仅中频频段差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在闭眼条件下,COP前后方向超低频频段能量,FAI组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:压力中心频域指标比时域特征参数更敏感,能够检测踝关节不稳对姿势控制的影响;睁眼时,视觉能够很好地补偿踝关节不稳患者姿势控制的不足;在闭眼时,踝关节不稳者的神经系统赋予本体感觉和前庭更多的权重,对姿势控制的综合能力变弱。Objective To explore the posture control strategy for patients with functional ankle instability(FAI)by analyzing the characteristics in the time and frequency domains during the static posture control.Methods Thirteen FAI male patients and 13 healthy counterparts completed the bare-foot single-leg standing test with eyes open and closed for 30 s on the force plate.Time-domain parameters and wavelet decomposition energy of the center of pressure(COP)were used for analysis.Results Significant differences were observed in the time-domain parameters between eyes open and eyes closed(P<0.05),but not between FAI and control groups(P>0.05).As for the frequency-domain,the average energy of four-frequency bands of the anterior-posterior COP and the moderate frequency band of the mediolateral COP were of significant differences between eyes open and eyes closed(P<0.05 for both).The energy of ultra-low band of the anterior-posterior COP was significantly lower among FAI patients than the healthy controls(P<0.05)with eyes closed.Conclusion The frequency-domain parameters are more sensitive than the time-domain ones in discriminating FAI.The deficit of FAI can be well compensated by vision while eyes open during the posture control.The nervous system of FAI patients places greater weight on the vestibular and somatosensory receptors when vision is unavailable.
