摘 要:长距离浆体管道输送是一种高效、节能、环保的运输方式,已被广泛应用于磷、硫、高岭土、铝矾土、石灰石等矿物以及水泥、泥沙等的浆体输送。管道的结构安全、输送可靠性与效率等是制约其发展的关键技术瓶颈。总结了浆体管道输送技术的特点和发展现状,阐述了影响管道结构完整性的冲蚀、腐蚀、地质灾害、第三方破坏的研究现状,梳理了浆体管道输送技术中的摩阻损失、流动不稳定和临界速度等关键问题,并探讨了浆体管道输送技术未来的发展趋势。As an efficient,energy-saving and environmental friendly transportation means,the long-distance slurry delivery pipeline has been widely employed in the delivery of various slurry or pulp from processing phosphate rock,sulfur ore,kaolin,bauxite,limestone,cement,sediment and so on.The structure safety,reliability and delivery efficiency of the pipeline delivery is the key technical bottleneck of development of slurry pipelines transportation.In this paper the characteristics and development status of slurry pipeline delivery technology were summarized,the status of research on erosion,corrosion,geological disasters and damage caused by third-party was described,which were affecting the structural integrity of pipeline.At the same time,the key issues related to frictional loss,instability of flow and critical velocity in the slurry pipeline transportation were presented.Finally,the development trend of slurry pipeline delivery technology was discussed.
