和利时孤网协调系统在电厂中的应用介绍  被引量:1

摘  要:当汽轮发电机组因外网故障需要解列进入小网运行时,往往会造成供电率大幅波动,严重威胁供电质量与电网安全,甚至造成小网崩溃。和利时基于快速DCS系统研发了适用于电厂孤网运行的控制系统,可以大大降低因外网故障而造成电网崩溃的概率。目前,该系统已成功应用于某电厂,可以实现孤网切负荷并进入小网运行,整体运行情况良好。When the steam turbine generator unit needs to be disconnected and switch to the Small-scale grid mode for operation due to external power grid fault,it will often cause large fluctuation of power supply frequency,seriously threaten the power supply quality and power grid safety,and even cause the collapse of the Small-scale grid.Based on the fast DCS system,Hollysys has developed a control system suitable for isolated grid operation of power plant,which can greatly reduce the probability of power grid collapse caused by external power grid fault.At present,the system has been successfully applied in a power plant,which can realize isolated grid load shedding and switch to the Small-scale grid mode operation,and the performance is good.
