摘　　要：本文针对日化行业在生产制造过程中柔性制造技术和智能化生产管控技术的研究与应用,设计了一套个性化洗涤用品与服务智能制造MES系统方案,对该方案的设计做了详细描述。在生产车间部署实施后,对车间日常生产中的产品追溯、物料管控、设备运营监控、质量管理等方面进行了测评,验证了该MES系统方案的优势,实现了整体产线的灵活性,提升柔性生产以及快速重构能力,提高了生产效率,降低成本,满足企业实际需求。Aiming at the research and application of flexible manufacturing technology and intelligent production management and control technology in the production and manufacturing process of daily chemical industry,this paper designs a set of personalized washing products and services Intelligent Manufacturing MES system scheme,and describes the design of the scheme in detail.After the deployment and implementation of the production workshop,the product traceability,material control,equipment operation monitoring and quality management in the daily production of the workshop are evaluated,which verifies the advantages of the MES system scheme,realizes the flexibility of the overall production line,improves the flexible production and rapid reconstruction ability,improves the production efficiency,reduces the cost,and meets the actual needs of the enterprise.
