摘　　要：仓储中心科学合理的规划管理对于企业来说是一个重要的问题,据数据显示,在仓储中心占比较重的环节为拣货流程。当前,大部分企业已经意识到拣货流程在物流系统中的重要性,但仍有部分企业未给予特别关注,因此文章以A企业仓储中心的一个工序即拣货流程作为研究对象,运用EIQ分析法,对该企业的订单数据进行分析,发现A企业拣货流程存在的问题和不足。目的是进一步减少拣货作业时间,提高拣货准确率,从而提高拣货效率,为同类企业提供参考意见。The scientific and reasonable planning and management of the warehouse center is an important issue for the enterprise,and according to the data,the picking process is the heavier link in the warehouse center.Currently,most enterprises have realized the importance of the picking process in the logistics system,but there are still some enterprises that do not pay special attention to it.Therefore,this paper takes one of the processes in the warehouse center of enterprise A,i.e.,the picking process,as the research object,and uses the EIQ analysis method to analyze the order data of the enterprise and find out the problems and shortcomings of the picking process in enterprise A.The purpose is to further reduce the picking operation time,improve the picking accuracy rate,and thus improve the picking efficiency and provide reference opinions for similar enterprises.
