改良外剥内扎联合消痔灵注射术治疗痔伴贫血30例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨改良外剥内扎联合消痔灵注射术治疗痔伴贫血的临床疗效,将60例痔伴贫血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用改良混合痔外剥内扎保留齿状线联合消痔灵注射术治疗。对照组采用传统痔外剥内扎术治疗,对比2组术后肛门疼痛、出血及水肿情况,住院时间及临床疗效。结果显示,观察组术后疼痛、出血及水肿评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院间为(5.20±1.18)d,短于对照组的(6.23±1.30)d(P <0.05);观察组术后近期及远期疗效均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用改良外剥内扎联合消痔灵注射术治疗痔伴贫血的近期及远期疗效显著,能减轻术后疼痛、出血及水肿情况,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified external dissection &internal ligature plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids complicated with anemia,randomly divided60 hemorrhoids patients complicated with anemia,into observature group(30 cases,received modified external dissection &internal ligature plus injecting Xiaozhiling)and control group(30 cases,only external dissection &internal ligature);then,compared both groups’ status on postoperative anal pain,edema,and bleeding;hospitalization time;and clinical effect.As results,in the score ratings on postoperative pain,edema and bleeding;in hospitalization time,as well as in short-term and long-term effect observation group was respectively superior to,shorter[(5.20±1.18)d vs(6.23±1.30)d],as well as higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that modified external dissection &internal ligature plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids complicated with anemia has significant effect,can relieve postoperative pain,edema and bleeding,and shorten hospitalization time,thus is worhty to be popularized to use clinically.
