赤麟散加减方换药在低位单纯性肛瘘术后的应用效果

摘　　要：为观察赤麟散加减方换药在低位单纯性肛瘘术后的应用效果,选取124例低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组术后应用凡士林油纱条填塞创面,观察组术后应用赤麟散加减方纱条填塞创面,比较2组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、疼痛、分泌物及安全性等。结果显示,治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间低于对照组(P <0.05);术后7d、10d和14d观察组创面愈合率高于对照组,分泌物评分低于对照组,术后10d观察组创面VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗期间2组均未出现明显药物不良反应。结果表明,低位单纯性肛瘘术后应用赤麟散加减方换药疗效明显,可促进创面愈合,控制创口感染,减轻创面疼痛。This study was to observe the efficacy of Chilin San(San,a TCM formula)for dressing exchange after the procedure for low simple anal fistula(LSAF),randomly divided 124 LSAF patients into control group(62 cases,packing petrolatum gauze strip into wound-surface)and observation group(62 cases,shifting San for petrolatum gauze one);then,compared both groups’ clinical efficacy,wound-surface healing time,pain intensity,secrection status,and safety,etc.As results,in total effective rate,in wound-surface healing time,in wound-surface healing rate at 7,10 and 14 days after surgery,in the score ratings on secretion,as well as in the VAS ratings of wound-surface,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,shorter,higher,as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05);in both groups no drugs’ unward reaction were found.Results show that for LSAF,San modified for dressing exchange has significant efficacy,can promote wound-surface healing,control wound infected,and reduce wound-surface pain.
