舒泉膏穴位贴敷治疗肛肠病术后脾肾两虚夹瘀型尿潴留60例

摘　　要：为探讨舒泉膏穴位贴敷治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留(脾肾两虚夹瘀证)的临床疗效,将120例该类患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组选用舒泉膏穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用新斯的明肌肉注射治疗,观察比较2组排尿状况、排尿时间、小腹症状及疗效。结果显示,治疗后,治疗组在排尿状况、排尿时间及小腹症状方面评分均优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,临床上运用舒泉膏穴位贴敷治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留(脾肾两虚夹瘀证)临床疗效确切,且操作简便,安全性高,值得推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of attaching & dressing Shuquan Gao(Gao,a TCM formula)to points in the treatment of postoperative uroschesis in both deficency of spleen and kidney complicated by stagnation,randomly divided 120 cases met above conditions into treatment group(60 cases,received above attaching & dressing therapy)and control group(60 cases,intramuscular injection of neostigmine);then,observed and compared both groups’ patients’ urination status and time,the symptoms of lesser abdomen,and effect.As results,after treatment the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.0% vs 83.3%,P <0.05);in above rest indexes treatment group was all superior to control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that above attaching &dressing therapy for above type of uroschesis has certain effect,and its manipolution is easy and simple,and with higher safety.
