摘 要:为了提高沿空留巷巷道围岩控制能力,保障煤矿安全生产,以曙光煤矿1226沿空留巷为工程背景,指出留巷原支护存在顶板锚杆锚索同排布置,锚杆锚索预应力小,锚索平托板承载力低、不具备让压扩散预应力等主要问题;提出留巷区域地应力为中等水平构造应力,巷内支护重点考虑水平主应力方向对顶帮角的影响,顶板由砂质泥岩和细砂岩组成,围岩结构对围岩强度影响甚小,煤帮浅部破碎强度低,控制留巷煤帮稳定尤为关键;并优化1228运输巷锚杆支护技术,即改变留巷顶板锚杆锚索布置方式为隔排间隔布置,增加锚杆锚索支护强度,改善锚杆锚索及其附件托板合理配套,调整锚杆锚索安装角度,加大锚杆锚索预应力水平,采用此优化方案取得良好效果。In order to enhance the capacity of surrounding rock stability control of gob-side entry retaining, and ensure the safe production of coal mine, taking 1226 gob-side entry retaining in Shuguang Coal Mine as the engineering background, it is pointed out that there are some main problems in the original support of retained entry, such as the roof bolt and bolt cable are arranged in the same row, the pre-stress of bolt and cable is small, the bearing capacity of bolt cable supporting plate is low and it unable to yield and diffuse the pre-stress. The in-situ stress in the retained roadway area is of medium-level tectonic stress, the influence of the direction of horizontal principal stress on the roof-rib angle is considered in the roadway support, the shallow part of coal seam is broken and its strength is low, so it is crucial to control the stability of coal rib. The the bolt supporting technology is put forward and optimized for the gob-side entry retained in 1228 transport roadway, in which the roof bolts and cables in the gob-side entry are arranged alternatively in different rows, the support strength of bolts and cables is enhanced, the bolts, cables and supporting plates are reasonably matched, the installation angle of bolts and cables is adjusted, and the pre-stress level of bolts and cables is increased, and favorable support results have been achieved using this optimized scheme.
