摘 要:为了更好地进行底板注浆加固设计,开展了近奥灰特条件下加固深度对底板岩体变形影响研究。结合矿井地质条件构建了采动作用下奥灰顶部风化岩层影响下底板岩层的基本形态,分析了注浆加固对不同层位岩层的作用效果。建立数值模型进行验证。计算结果表明,奥灰顶部岩层被风化时,岩层变形在垂向上存在明显的突变点,布置监测点的位移曲线在形态表现为三段。当设计底板加固深度14m时监测点位移值小于岩体不加固时的位移值,位移减小6.2%;当设计加固奥灰顶部风化岩层时,位移值小于设计加固深度14m时位移值,且位移减小明显。开采见方时所有监测点位移曲线分为三段型和两段型,随着加固深度增加,三段型向两段型转变,一定程度上注浆加固深度越大注浆效果越好。In order to optimize the grouting design, the influence of reinforcement depth on the deformation and failure of floor strata near Ordovician limestone confined aquifer and thin aquiclude is studied. According to the geological conditions, three basic patterns of the floor strata influenced by the weathering zone under mining influence are constructed, and the grouting effect with different reinforcement depths is analyzed. Then, the numerical model is established for verification. The calculation results show that there are obvious mutation points in the displacement curves of monitoring points when the top stratum of Ordovician limestone is weathered. The displacement curves of the monitoring points are divided into three sections, corresponding to the weathered stratum, Ordovician limestone and the upper floor rock above the weathered stratum. The maximum displacement of the monitoring point decreases 6.2% when the reinforcement depth is 14 m, compared with that without reinforcement;while the weathered rock mass is reinforced, the maximum displacement is obviously smaller than that when the reinforcement depth is 14 m. The displacement curves of the monitoring points can be divided into three-section type and two-section type with the mining length of 250 m;with the increase of reinforcement depth, three-section type changes to two-section type. To a certain extent, greater depth of grouting reinforcement brings better grouting effect.
