摘 要:筒形件旋压技术在航空、航天领域应用广泛,其中,不采用仿形芯模的无模旋压由于高柔性、低成本而具有广阔应用前景。筒形件无模旋压按现有工艺方法可分为轴对称旋压和非轴对称旋压两种;而根据试件所被旋压的部位又可分为端部旋压和中部旋压。每类筒形件无模旋压在其成形方法、金属流动规律、缺陷形成及消除都各具特色。本文作者以筒形件旋压成形部位进行一级分类,再结合非对称和轴对称旋压进行二级分类,介绍了筒形件旋压的成形方法、金属流动特点、缺陷产生及抑制方法。在对筒形件旋压文献的分类综述基础上,提出了筒形件中部无模非轴对称旋压的新设想:经过旋轮路径以及模具工装的合理设计,即能够实现对筒形件中部进行无模非轴对称旋压,为旋压技术的工艺方法与理论研究拓展新思路。The spinning technology of cylindrical parts is widely used in aviation and aerospace fields.Among them,the dieless spinning without using a profiled core mold has broad application prospects due to its high flexibility and low cost.Dieless spinning of cylindrical parts can be divided into axisymmetric spinning and non-axisymmetric spinning while according to the existing technology;according to the spinning position of the specimen,it can be divided into end spinning and middle spinning.Each type of cylindrical parts has its own characteristics in its forming method,metal flow law,defect formation and elimination.First-level classification was conducted based on the spinning forming positions of the cylin-drical parts、and the second-level classification was conducted based on asymmetric and axisymmetric spinning concept.The forming method,metal flow characteristics,defect generation and suppression methods of cylindrical parts are introduced in this article.Based on the classification summary and comprehensive discussion of the cylindrical parts spinning literature,a new idea of non-axisymmetric spinning without a core mold in the middle of the cylin-drical part is proposed;through a reasonable design of the rotating wheel path and the moldtooling,the dieless non-axisymmetric spinning on the middle of the cylindrical part can berealized.This will develop new ideas for the process method and theoretical research of spin-ning technology.
