摘　　要：针对一款7021铝合金空心型材模具寿命低的问题,设计了三种模具方案,并用Q-Form软件进行了模拟计算及实验验证,得到了最优化的模具设计方案。使用最优化模具方案2设计制作的模具的寿命相比另两种方案制作的模具的寿命提升5倍以上。Three die design schemes were made in order to solve the problem of short life span of the die of 7021 Al alloy hollow profile.The Q-form software was used to simulate and test the design,and the optimized design scheme was obtained.The life span of the dies designed with the optimized scheme 2 is 5 times longer than that of the other two.
