摘  要:建立基于移动互联网的业务服务平台,能够实现对航天通信中心现有业务运营支撑系统(BOSS)服务能力和范围的有效延伸和补充。为提升中心业务服务水平和质量,航天通信中心参考各一级电信运营商线上服务模式,开展用户自助服务微信营业厅的设计开发工作,以实现对中心业务运营电子支付渠道的完善优化。微信营业厅的建立,可实现用户通过微信营业厅进行充值缴费、业务办理查询、自助开具发票等服务。同时更轻松、便捷、快速了解各项业务及相关资费,使更多潜在或在用的用户了解中心的各类业务,增加主动营销的机会。The establishment of a business service platform based on mobile Internet can effectively extend and supplement the service capacity and scope of the existing business operation support system(BOSS) of the Space communication center. In order to improve the business service level and quality of the center, the aerospace Communication Center refers to the online service mode of all first-class telecom operators to carry out the design and development of user self-service wechat business hall, so as to improve and optimize the electronic payment channel of the center’s business operation. The establishment of wechat business hall enables users to recharge and pay through wechat business hall, business query, self-service invoice and other services. At the same time, it is easier, more convenient and faster to understand various businesses and related charges, so that more potential or in use users can understand all kinds of business of the center, and increase the opportunity of active marketing.
