摘  要:针对永磁同步直线电机具有的非线性,扰动敏感的特点,提出基于自适应滑模电流控制算法的滑模控制。通过在电流环引入自适应律,进行在线估计系统内部参数摄动以及模型不确定性扰动,来改善永磁同步直线电机驱动系统中的电流环响应速度、追踪性能,并将正弦饱和函数代替常规sign函数,来削弱系统抖振,提高系统的鲁棒性和稳定性。同时设计二阶扩张观测器预测系统的负载扰动,二阶扩张观测器中利用提出的新型sigfal函数,改善了传统扩张观测器的预测精度和稳定性,然后将预测值前馈到电流环对其进行补偿,来减小滑模控制增益。仿真结果证明,所提出的方法可以提高永磁同步直线电机驱动系统的抗干扰性和动态响应性能。In view of the nonlinear and disturbance-sensitive characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors,this paper proposes sliding mode control based on an adaptive sliding mode current control algorithm.By introducing adaptive law in the current loop,the internal parameter perturbation and model uncertainty disturbance of the online estimation system were improved to improve the current loop response speed and tracking performance in the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive system,and replace the conventional sinusoidal saturation function sign function to weaken system chattering and improve system robustness and stability.At the same time,the second-order expansion observer was designed to predict the load disturbance of the system.In the second-order expansion observer,the proposed new sigfal function was used to improve the prediction accuracy and stability of the traditional expansion observer.Then the predictive value was feedforward to the current loop to compensate it to reduce sliding mode control gain.Simulation results prove that the proposed method can improve the anti-interference performance and dynamic response performance of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive system.
