摘  要:不锈钢板摩擦面抗滑移系数是决定不锈钢板高强度螺栓摩擦型连接受力性能的重要因素。CECS 410:2015《不锈钢结构技术规程》中未明确规定不锈钢摩擦面的抗滑移系数及其处理工艺,国内外相关研究较少且同种工艺下摩擦面抗滑移系数存在显著差异。为获得高抗滑移系数摩擦面,开展了7种工艺下的53个不锈钢摩擦面抗滑移系数试验。通过对钢结构用摩擦面处理工艺(喷砂和抛丸)处理后的不锈钢摩擦面的粗糙度和抗滑移系数进行测定,发现同等工艺下不锈钢摩擦面粗糙度及抗滑移系数均远低于碳钢摩擦面,摩擦面抗滑移系数低于0.2。而对不锈钢板之间设置薄铜板和铝板的抗滑移试件进行的试验研究表明,夹持铜板和铝板后,不锈钢摩擦面的抗滑移系数有明显提高,但仍小于0.3。对不锈钢板摩擦面分别采用拉丝、机械刻痕、粉末喷涂三种新型工艺处理并进行试验,发现采用三种处理工艺处理后均获得较高抗滑移系数,其中机械刻痕获得的抗滑移系数高达0.54。同时,对影响不锈钢板摩擦面抗滑移系数的关键因素进行分析,确定了粗糙度、真实接触面积与抗滑移系数的近似正相关关系。Slip factor of stainless steel faying surface is important for the mechanical performance of stainless steel high-strength bolted slip-resistant connection.CECS 410:2015‘Technical specification for stainless steel structures’does not specify slip factors and surface treatment methods of stainless steel plates.Meanwhile,few studies have been done in China and other countries,where slip factors differ a lot even under the same surface treatment method.To obtain a faying surface with a higher slip factor,slip factor tests of 53 specimens treated with seven kinds of methods were conducted.Firstly,the roughness and slip factor of stainless steel under surface treatments of steel structures(grit and shot blasting)were measured.It indicates that,under the same treatment method,the slip factors(less than 0.2)and the roughness of stainless steel are both lower than those of carbon steel.Then,an advanced method of putting copper or aluminum plates between the grit-blasted stainless steel faying surfaces was tested,which can significantly improve the slip factor but the slip factor is still less than 0.3.Stainless steel faying surfaces treated with deep drawing,mechanical scratching,and powder spraying were tested.The three methods all provide high slip factors,among which the slip factor of the surface that treated by mechanical scratching reaches 0.54.Finally,key factors influencing the stainless steel slip factor were analyzed.The approximate positive correlations between roughness,effective contact area,and the slip factor were verified.
