平面KK型相贯节点极限承载力有限元分析

摘  要:为分析几何参数对平面KK型方管相贯节点极限承载力的影响,本文采用ANSYS软件对节点进行静力学计算,系统地分析了节点的破坏模式以及几何参数对节点极限承载力的影响。研究结果表明,节点的破坏模式主要为主管塑性破坏和主管与支管的联合塑性破坏;节点的极限承载力随着参数β、τ的增大而提高;节点的极限承载力随着参数2γ的增大而减小;节点的极限承载力随着参数θ的减小而增大。In order to analyze the influence of geometric parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of plane KK-shaped square tube intersecting joints,this paper uses ANSYS software to perform static calculations on the joints,and systematically analyzes the failure modes of the joints and the influence of geometric parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints.The research results show that the failure modes of the joints are mainly the plastic failure of the main pipe and the combined plastic failure of the main pipe and the branch pipe;the ultimate bearing capacity of the node increases with the increase of the parameters β and τ;the ultimate bearing capacity of the node decreases with the increase of the parameter 2 γ;the ultimate bearing capacity of the node increases with the decrease of the parameter θ.
