摘　　要：欧洲心脏病学会(European Society of Cardiology,ESC)和欧洲心胸外科协会(European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery,EACTS)根据新的临床证据,更新并发布了《2021 ESC/EACTS心脏瓣膜病管理指南》。新指南就心脏瓣膜疾病伴或不伴合并症患者的临床评估、药物及非药物治疗做出了基于证据的推荐意见,是具有全球认可度的临床诊疗参考。本文解读了新指南在心脏瓣膜疾病介入治疗方面的更新。According to new clinical evidence, the European Society of Cardiology(ESC) and European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery(EACTS) updated and published 2021 ESC/EACTS guidelines for the management of valvular heart disease. This new guideline gives recommendation for clinical assessment, internal treatment and intervention for patients with valvular heart disease with/without comorbidities, which is a globally approbatory reference for clinical practice. This article summarized the updated contents of the new guideline in terms of transcatheter therapy for valvular heart disease.
