摘  要:设计了复式钢管混凝土钢梁半穿心加肋加腋型节点,制作了4个梁柱试件组合体进行低周往复加载试验,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了节点数值分析模型。半穿心节点刚度较大,破坏模式主要为梁端塑性铰破坏,节点试件的滞回曲线呈明显的纺锤形,耗能性能较好,有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。利用有限元模型研究了节点构造、几何参数和材料参数对半穿心节点的破坏模式和承载力的影响。参数分析表明:梁柱线刚度比及轴压比对节点初始刚度影响显著;轴压比和钢梁强度对节点极限承载力影响较大;而节点的变形能力受轴压比影响较大;钢梁强度和轴压比的提高可导致柱端发生压弯破坏。通过试验和有限元模拟可知,半穿心节点能够满足刚性节点初始刚度、承载力及延性等方面的要求且抗震性能较好。In this paper,the detail of semi-penetrating steel beam joint for composite CFST steel beam with stiffening ribs and haunch plates is proposed.Four joint specimens are fabricated for low cyclic loading test,and the ABAQUS software is used to build the numerical models of the joints.The connection has a high stiffness,and the main failure mode is a plastic hinge failure on the beam end.The hysteresis curves are in a spindle shape,so the energy dissipation capacity is good and the finite element analysis results are in a good agreement with the experimental results.The influence of connection detail,geometric and material parameters on the failure modes and bearing capacity of the semi-penetrating joint is studied by using the finite element models.The results of parametric analysis show that the beam-to-column bending stiffness ratio and axial compression ratio have a significant influence on the initial stiffness of joints.The axial compression ratio and steel beam strength have great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of joints.The deformation capacity of joints is greatly affected by the axial compression ratio.When the strength of steel beam and axial compression ratio are improved,the failure mode of the semi-penetrating joints turns to column end bending failure.The experimental and numerical simulation results show that the semi-penetrating joints can meet the requirements of initial stiffness,bearing capacity and ductility of rigid joints,and have a good seismic performance.
