摘  要:与传统高强度螺栓连接不同,法兰攻丝高强度螺栓连接中因为攻丝板的存在易造成因攻丝板厚度不足导致的牙体弯剪破坏,使得连接强度显著降低。为此,基于能量强度理论和攻丝板的几何特征,研究了不同角度下攻丝板牙体的复合受力和破坏特征,提出了最不利受力状态下攻丝板牙体复合受力分析模型,建立了基于弯剪破坏的攻丝板牙体强度理论公式。为充分发挥法兰攻丝高强度螺栓受拉连接强度,提出了基于高强度螺栓颈缩破坏的最小攻丝板厚度公式。通过建立法兰攻丝高强度螺栓受拉连接的精细化有限元分析模型,研究了不同攻丝板厚度下M16和M20等常见高强度螺栓连接的破坏形态、峰值承载力及变形等参数,最终确定的最小攻丝板厚度分别为14 mm和18 mm,与理论公式计算结果基本吻合,验证了公式的正确性,可供实际工程应用参考。Different from traditional high-strength bolt connection,a flange tapping high-strength bolt connection is prone to the failure of tooth body bending shear caused by insufficient thickness of tapping plate,which significantly reduces the connection strength.Therefore,based on the energy strength theory and the geometric characteristics of tapping plate,the composite force and failure characteristics of tapping plate tooth part is studied under different angles in this paper,the analysis model of the composite force is built under the most unfavorable force state,and a theoretical formula of tapping plate tooth part strength is proposed based on bending shear failure.In order to give full play to the tensile strength of high-strength bolts with flange tapping,a formula of minimum tapping plate thickness based on neck shrinkage failure of high-strength bolts is proposed.Through the establishment of the flange tapping high strength bolt tensile refinement finite element analysis model of connection,the tapping plate thickness is studied under the M16 and M20 bolts series of parameters such as peak failure pattern,bearing capacity and deformation.Ultimately the minimum thickness of the tapping plate is determined to be 14 mm and 18 mm,respectively.The formula calculation result has a good agreement with this theory and thus validates the formula in this paper.The formula can be used as a reference for practical engineering application.
