摘 要:本地可再生能源和碳汇资源的多元利用对于超大城市落实碳达峰和碳中和战略具有重要意义。上海市地热、潮汐、风等可再生能源和土壤、植被、海洋等碳汇资源的发育特征与大地构造、第四系松散沉积物及海陆相互作用密切相关。地质工作参与上海本地可再生能源开发与利用和碳汇资源管理的前景较好。地质工作助力上海做好碳达峰、碳中和工作有四条工作路径:(1)充分利用松散层地质大数据,支持浅层地热开发和地下水储热及地下空间开发;(2)加强深部基岩断裂带地热水、干热岩和深部岩溶、玄武岩调查,促进本地深层地热开发和深层储能与储碳;(3)建立陆域土壤—滩涂盐沼—近岸海域生态地质监测网络,支持陆海统筹的碳汇资源管理和碳汇工程实施;(4)加强海岸带地质环境监测体系建设,保障沿海风能和潮汐能开发和海洋碳汇工程安全运营。The diversified utilization of local renewable energy and carbon sink resources is essential for implementing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategies in mega-cities.The developmental characteristics of renewable energy resources such as geothermal,tidal,wind,and carbon sink resources such as soil,vegetation,and ocean are closely related to geotectonics,Quaternary loose sediments and sea-land interaction in Shanghai.Geological work has an excellent prospect to participate in developing and utilizing local renewable energy and carbon sink resource management in Shanghai.There are four working paths for geological work to help Shanghai do an excellent job in carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality:(1)Making full use of geology big data of loose layer to support Ground Heating and groundwater heat storage and underground space development;(2)Strengthening the investigation of geothermal water,dry hot rock,and deep karst and basalt in the deep bedrock fracture zone,promoting local deep geothermal and deep energy and carbon storage development;(3)Establishing eco-geological monitoring network of land soil-beach salt marsh-nearshore sea area,supporting the management of carbon sink resources,and implementing carbon sink projects coordinated by land and sea;(4)Strengthening the construction of a coastal zone geological environment monitoring system and ensure the safe operation of coastal wind and tidal energy development and marine carbon sink projects.
