摘  要:搜集近年来关于持续负压封闭引流技术在创伤性皮肤缺损的临床应用及治疗效果的资料,讨论分析持续封闭负压吸引术的原理、持续负压封闭引流技术在创伤皮肤缺损及复杂缺损的应用、治疗效果,发现持续负压封闭引流技术可建立引流系统,快速控制炎症,减轻组织损伤,促进创面愈合,适用于创伤性软组织损伤、皮肤缺损合并感染的外科治疗,其主要的机制是利用负压的持续吸引祛除创面周围异常物质,改善局部代谢,促进血管长入,肉芽生长。在临床应用的研究中,暂无针对经济效应的研究,如何寻找进一步在持续负压封闭引流技术下的皮肤代替物成为将来的研究热点。We collected the data on the clinical application and treatment effect of continuous negative pressure sealing drainage technology in traumatic skin defects in recent years,discussed and analyzed the principle of continuous negative pressure sealing suction,the application and treatment effect of continuous negative pressure sealing drainage technology in traumatic skin defects and complex defects,and found that continuous negative pressure sealing drainage technology can establish drainage system and quickly control inflammation,it can reduce tissue injury and promote wound healing.It is suitable for the surgical treatment of traumatic soft tissue injury,skin defect and infection.Its main mechanism is to use the continuous suction of negative pressure to remove abnormal substances around the wound,improve local metabolism,promote blood vessel growth and granulation growth.In the research of clinical application,there is no research on economic effect.How to find further skin substitutes under VSD has become a research hotspot in the future.
