摘　　要：心房颤动(房颤)是最为普遍的心律失常。现阶段,有研究人员指出,应用新型抗凝类药物的心房颤动患者,胃肠道出血需警惕消化道肿瘤可能。因此,对于此类胃肠道出血患者,临床医生进一步完善肿瘤相关检查,可能有助于早期发现隐匿性胃肠道肿瘤患者,早期干预的话可能会延长患者生存周期。Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common arrhythmia.At present,some researchers suggest that gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with atrial fibrillation using novel anticoagulants should be vigilant against the possibility of gastrointestinal tumor.Therefore,for such patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,clinicians should further improve the tumor-related examination,which may be helpful for the early detection of patients with octant gastrointestinal tumor,and early intervention may prolong the survival cycle of patients.
